How my journey began
I am a Resident Services expert with over seven years in the Property Management field. With a background in education, I bring my passion for teaching to the property management space, helping overwhelmed managers strategize and design impactful Resident Services programs for their communities.
Coming from a family with a deep-rooted commitment to serving others, I followed in their footsteps. After earning a degree in Elementary Education with minors in English and Science from Liberty University, I went on to complete my Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction. My career began in Yokohama, Japan, where I taught junior high and high school students, and later continued in Texas, where I served as a site coordinator for the 21st Century Community Learning Centers ACE Program. Transitioning to the private sector, I applied my expertise in program design and coordination as a Programs Coordinator for Hamilton Valley Management, Texas’s largest affordable housing management company.
Though my roles may evolve, my dedication to helping others achieve their potential remains constant. From group coaching and online courses to ready-made templates and hands-on guidance, I provide property managers with the tools they need to excel.
My husband Bill and I share our home with four lovable Labrador Retrievers—Daisy, Fletch, Kuma, and Bea—who each think they’re lap dogs. In our free time, we enjoy traveling and discovering new restaurants. I’m also passionate about reading, working out, and all things mermaid.
